TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. References given will be taken up as quickly as possible. We will notify you in writing when your account has been opened. Until you have received notification of acceptance of this application, all goods and services must be paid for in advance against our pro forma invoice.

2. All urgent goods and services must be paid for prior to delivery unless the purchaser has an agreed credit account.

3. All credit accounts are due for settlement 30 days after the date of the invoice/purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any trade discount or hold any orders pending payment of overdue invoices.

4. Title and ownership of goods shall remain with Denbighshire County Council and pass only when payment has been received in full and all cheques have cleared.

5. All goods are sold subject to the manufacturer’s condition of sale and the terms and conditions outlined in both Cefndy Healthcare & Manufacturing’s current catalogue and Denbighshire’s Contract and Financial Standing Orders.

6. Non compliance with the settlement terms can cause the account to be closed and any balance outstanding will be due for immediate settlement.

7. Cefndy Enterprises reserve the right to charge interest on all accounts which exceed the terms of the settlement.

8. CEFNDY HEALTHCARE & MANUFACTURING IS AS A PART OF DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ALTER OR AMEND THE CREDIT FACILITIES OFFERED OR WITHDRAW THE FACILITIES AT ANY TIME.
