The majority of goods supplied by Cefndy Healthcare are manufactured to order. With this in mind please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery of goods. We always try to to get goods out as quickly as we can however during certain busy periods this will not always be possible and items may take longer.

Free shipping is available to UK mainland only. If you wish to place an order of have an item delivered outside of UK mainland please contact us first by calling our Customer Service Team on 01824 706005 or emailing cefndy.sales@denbighshire.gov.uk

Customer Returns Policy Statement

Goods may be returned within 14 days (known as a ‘Cooling Off’ period) of receipt at the Customers expense. Returns will only be accepted with a valid returns number which should be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Team on 01824 706005 or emailing cefndy.sales@denbighshire.gov.uk
Goods must be suitably packaged, by the customer, for transportation and returned in an unused saleable condition. Goods returned without suitable packaging will not be accepted. You may Return Goods Personally but you must contact us first to obtain a returns number and arrange a convenient time.

We will not refund or exchange products that were specially adapted to suit your requirements unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

The cost return will be borne by the customer.

If for any reason goods are rejected upon return by the Quality Assurance Department at Cefndy, no refund will be given.

Goods may be accepted back into Cefndy’s Stock after the 14 day ‘Cooling Off’ period at the discretion of Cefndy Healthcare.

All returns must be sent to Cefndy Healthcare, Cefndy Road, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 2HG in a sealed carton accompanied by an accurate returns note.
We recommend you use Recorded Delivery for the return of goods.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. If the item was damaged on delivery or found to be defective then we will refund the cost of returning the goods (less any premium for express delivery or special Courier charges)

In respect of any Goods supplied by the Seller but manufactured by third parties, the benefit of any warranties or guarantees given to the Seller by such manufacturers or suppliers will wherever practicable be passed to the Buyer subject to the conditions upon which they were given.

The above does not affect our standard 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects on all Products.

Please be aware that if you want to proceed with a return, you must adhere to the conditions set out above and you must arrange for a carrier of your own choice to return the products. This is to ensure that you will be able to claim against your carrier if any damage occurs in transit
